NS Partners SA share their feedback on SMART for Wealth Management (ex Solutions for Finance) from Integraal Solutions SA, a solution they have been using since mid 2016.

The growth of our activities and the need to have a global analytical vision to support our strategic decisions led us to look for a “Management Information System” type solution.

After a review of the various software and service providers available on the market, it became clear that Integraal Solutions met our requirements – including the promise of working with a competent team that listened to our needs. We started with a ‘starter’ that aggregated the data from our PMS with that from our fund shareholder register. This proved to be successful and also allowed us to judge the efficiency of the Integraal Solutions team and their understanding of our business.

The rest of the project was then carried out in stages, guided by Integraal’s expertise on the one hand and our own requirements on the other, in an atmosphere of trust and dialogue that was key to the success of the project.

Solutions for Finance offers us the advantage of integrating our three business lines (Wealth Management, Asset Management, Management Company) in a global and consolidated vision. As such, the tool is used by compliance, risk management, the financial department, the executive committee and also the portfolio managers.

It has also imposed a high level of discipline on the quality of our data, and has led us to adopt a systematic approach to the way we process all our internal and external requests.

The time saved in processing information from various sources and setting up dashboards and indicators is considerable.

Getting started is relatively easy and does not really require training, but rather support as we go along. In this respect, we were able to appreciate the great availability of our contacts!

The tool has become our real dashboard (we have called it “NS Cockpit” internally), and I dare say that we could not do without it.

It goes without saying that we can only recommend Solutions for Finance.
